Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3


Upon the final broadcast of Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2, it has been announced that Shingeki no Kyojin TV anime series will get third season in 2018.

Shingeki no Kyojin is a manga by Hajime Isayama, and began its serialization via Bessatsu Shounen Magazine in September 2009. The series currently has 22 volumes in print, with the 23rd volume scheduled to be released on August 9. The manga inspired several guidebooks and spin-offs, as well as light novels, game books, games, live-action movies, drama, and plays. The first anime season aired in Spring 2013 for 25 episodes, and received a two-part recap movie which premiered in November 2014 and June 2015. The second season began airing on April 1 and aired for a total of 12 episodes.

'Boku no Hero Academia' OVA

The eighth issue of Weekly Shounen Jump of 2017 has announced that an OVA will be bundled with the 14th compiled volume of Boku no Hero Academia manga. The OVA will feature an original story by mangaka Kouhei Horikoshi. More information will be revealed on the next issue of the magazine releasing on January 30.

Boku no Hero Academia is drawn by Kouhei Horikoshi and has been serialized in Weekly Shounen Jump since July 2014. The 13th compiled volume (pictured) will be released on April 4, which will include the Jump Festa 2016 Special that premiered in five cities across Japan on November 27. The 13-episode anime adaptation by Bones aired in Spring 2016 and was simulcast and licensed by FUNimation Entertainment. The second season is slated to broadcast in Spring 2017. Viz Media published the sixth manga volume for North America in November 2016.

Code Geass 2017

At the Code Geass 10th anniversary event on Sunday, it was announced that the series will be receiving a new anime project. Titled Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Revival), the new anime will take place a few years after the events of Zero Requiem. In addition, a three-part compilation film series of the previous Code Geass anime has been planned for 2017. The voices will be redubbed for the movies, which will also include new scenes.

OVA of "Ao no Exorcist"

The January 2017 issue of Jump SQ magazine, which goes on sale on December 2, has revealed that manga Ao no Exorcist will bundle an OVA episode, as well as a drama CD. The OVA will be bundled with the 19th volume of the manga, shipping on April 4, 2017, while the 18th volume will include the drama CD on December 31. Titled "Money, Money, Money," the drama CD will adapt an arc from the third light novel volume "Ao no Exorcist: Bloody Fairytale" written by Aya Yajima.
Adapting the "Kyoto Impure King Arc" which spans from volume 5 to volume 9 of the manga, the sequel TV anime (with the new key visual pictured) will premiere on January 7, 2017 at 1:55 a.m.
